• Application & Background Check Process

    1. Fill out the application.

    2. Upload Photo ID or Drivers license or Active Passport.

      Submit your application.

    3. Pay the Background Check fee.

    Note: Your application is incomplete until the background check fee is paid and submitted.

    Next Steps

    Once all documents are submitted, you will receive an email confirming your application has been received and is under review.

    Upon application approval, you will receive a separate email containing Onboarding and Orientation Information.

Back Ground Check

Once you submit your payment, we'll process and review your application. Within three business days, you'll get an email from First Advantage Background Direct with instructions to complete your background screening. If you don't receive this email within three business days, please contact Marie at info@blueskycna.education with "Have not received email link for background check" in the subject line.

The email from First Advantage Background Direct will contain an applicant disclosure(s) and an authorization for your signature. Your background check order will be submitted once you complete this form. After it's processed, you'll receive an Onboarding and Orientation email from Blue Sky CNA Institute with further instructions.

A person for whom the facility or the individual employer is entitled to obtain criminal history record information may not be employed/a student in a facility or by an individual employer if the person has been convicted of an offense listed in this subsection:

The $55.00 background check fee is non-refundable in cases where an application is denied due to a conviction that bars eligibility under Section 250.006.
